I found Cassie quite by chance towards the end of last year. Since then she has been truly inspirational, motivating and nurturing. Cassie is the "complete package" I never knew I needed in a coach! She has helped my nutrition, my body and my mind. She spent time assessing my strength and fitness, working out what I liked and lacked. She then developed and regularly updates my programs. She demonstrates a genuine interest and care in all her clients but for the time in each individual session she makes me feel that I am the most important! Each session is fun, focused and hugely rewarding. It doesn't stop there though as the package includes sessions to do at home or the gym on my own. Perhaps just as important is that she obviously practices what she preaches. She is an excellent role model but also very human. During the Covid-19 crisis Cassie continued to coach and guide me through my fitness journey to compete in season B for ICN. I am so happy with the service I have received. Cassie provided programs for me to do at home which incorporated my equipment I have at home as well as an eating plan to keep me on track. I also trained once a week with Cassie. Recently I have completed a six week challenge in the lead up to Christmas working on building lean muscle. Joined Cassie and four other ladies before Christmas last year for a 6 week shape up. Well it was exactly that. I lost a total of 10 kilos although not all on the challenge as I had started before the challenge. 8 cms off both my waist and hips. Keep putting clothes on now and they are way too big. I learnt lots about diet and the good and bad things to eat, and drink. I gained confidence in the gym, strength, tone and flexibility. All this with a hip replacement and the fact that I was Cassie’s oldest client!!
